You can upgrade, downgrade, change bank details or cancel your subscription to Coacha Software in your Coacha Settings page.
Note: To manage these details you will need to log into Coacha as the OWNER user account. This uses the main email account your club signed up with.
Once you have logged in, go to club settings:
DASHBOARD - CLUB SETTINGS.
On the first tab called 'Club Info' you will see the following section:
Here you will find the 3 options available to you for managing your club subscription.
Upgrading your Coacha Payment Plan.
The first option you will see enables you to upgrade or downgrade your Coacha service.

Update your bank details.
Sometimes you may wish to change the bank account that you pay Coacha from. Simply hit the 'Update Bank Details' Button and follow the steps to enter your new bank details.
Cancelling your Coacha subscription
Think of subscribing to Coacha as a bit like Netflix (other streaming services are available 😊) in that there is no contract as such and you just pay on a monthly basis.
So you pay your subscription fee for a month, then when that month is up, you automatically pay for the next month with your subscription.
As with Netflix, you’ll still be able to use Coacha for the remainder of the time you’ve paid for.
Then, when you’re ready to pick up again, simply log in to Coacha in the normal way.
On doing so, you’ll be presented with the payment screen. Enter your payment details again, ‘et voila’ … you’re up and running again!
