Editing your club details and settings.

Moved premises or changed phone number? Not a problem. Update your club details quick and easy in the Club Settings section, where everything can be adjusted to suit your requirements. 

Go to DASHBOARD - Club Settings or head to the settings cog in the black bar at the top of the screen.

Club Info.
Here you can edit basic details like your club name, address & logo. 

You can also manage your subscription status and upgrades. 

Managing Contact & Safeguarding

Additionally in your settings you have the opportunity to add the email address of your club's designated safeguarding officer. This is important for not only proactively using NSPCC safeguarding guidelines, but can also be important for reassuring your NGB and/or parents that you are on the ball with your safeguarding responsibilities.

Changing the reply email for Coacha. 

Coacha allows members to reply to broadcasts. By default replies will be sent to the club owners email account. However, here you are able to change the reply email address so that member responses go to a specific email address.
