Send event flyers, class timetables and competition registration forms in bulk to your members, next of kin contacts and coaches with Coacha email broadcast attachments.
To create your broadcast, head to ‘Broadcasts’ in the main navigation and click ‘Send Broadcast’.
Give your broadcast a Subject Line and type your message into the box provided.
Scroll down to the ‘Attachment’ heading and click the green ‘Upload Document (PDF of MS Word)’ button.
Using the pop-up window, select the file you wish to attach and click ‘Open’. If your upload has been successful, you’ll see the following confirmation message:
If you try to upload anything other than a Word document or PDF file, you will see the following error message:
Your file can be seen from the main screen. To remove it, click the ‘X’ button to the right of the file name.
You’ll be asked to confirm you want to remove the attachment – click ‘OK’. Now you can either choose a different file, or continue with your broadcast as normal.
