In order for members to book onto classes via the Member Portal, you need to make a class bookable.
Head to Classes & Registers and Add Class/Event in the main navigation.
Fill in the appropriate fields as normal:
If you have a certain number of spaces available in the class, tick the box next to ‘Members can add themselves to this class’ and type a maximum class size.
Once you’ve selected a venue and coach, click ‘Add members’. You can leave this blank if you only want members to book on themselves. Then click ‘finish’.
You’ll be able to check the register whenever you like to see those that have booked on. Head to Classes & Registers and Attendance Register in the main navigation.
Filter the options to find your register and click ‘view’.
When members start booking on, they will appear here for you to monitor and start marking as attended during the session:
