You can allow your members to book onto your classes if you would like! To do this, members need access to the Member Portal and you need to make the classes bookable.
*Please note that booking onto a class needs to be done on a browser (e.g. Safari, Chrome) on any device, rather than the app*
Head to Classes & Registers and New Class/Event in the main navigation.
Fill in the appropriate fields with your class info.
Tick the box next to ‘People can book onto this class’. If you have a certain number of spaces available in the class and type a maximum class size.
Once you’ve filled in the correct info, click ‘Add members’. If you only wish for members to be able to book onto the class themselves, leave this section blank and click ‘Create’.
You’ll be able to check the register whenever you like to see those that have booked on. Head to Classes & Registers and Attendance Register in the main navigation.
Filter the options to find your register and click ‘Go to this register’.
When members start booking on, they will appear here for you to monitor and start marking as attended during the session.
If the member realises that they cannot attend, they have the option to manage their booking and cancel their class within the Member Portal.
*Top tip* - Send out a broadcast when you make a class bookable, informing members that the class can now be booked onto via the Member Portal. You can also send them the Member Portal guide which is here. From here, they will be able to find out how to manage their booking too.
