Sometimes you'll have certain policies which are compulsory for every single club member to consent to (like your club's terms & conditions). Other times, you'll have documents which are optional (such as photographic consent forms).
In Coacha, you have the opportunity to choose which documents are compulsory and which are optional.
To do this, simply head to Dashboard > Club Settings.
Click the 'Your Club Signup Form' tab
Scroll to the bottom where you can click 'Upload a file' to add new documents.
Once you've added the file, you can then navigate to the 'Mandatory' column. If the document is mandatory, simply click the switch and ensure it's blue with a tick.
If the document consent is optional, make sure it's grey with no tick.
Then hit 'Save'.
When a member then uses the signup form, the consent documents will appear in 2 sections:
- Those that are mandatory to select
- Those that are optional
Then, when members have submitted consent, you can head to their profile > Data & Documents to view the documents they agreed to and on what date:
