You can adjust the amount of money that a specific member pays on their recurring subscription quickly and easily in Coacha. If you have certain members on a discounted rate this guide will show you how apply this.
(NOTE: to use this method the member must already be signed up to a payment plan.)
Step 1 - Locate the member on the plan
To locate the member on the plan, head to Money - Plans & bundles
Here you can select to view the members on the correct plan to locate the member you would like to edit.
Step 2 - Edit the member amount
Once you have found the member you want you can edit the amount they pay. Next to the current amount they pay, you will see a small edit icon.
When you click this you will be asked if you would like to enter a new amount for the member to pay.
Simply enter the new amount and click 'Update Cost'.
The new amount will apply from the next scheduled payment date.
NOTE: If the payment collection cycle has already started for the next payment, the old amount will still be collected. The new amount will be applied for the payment after this one.
