Managing payments on your courses, camps or seminars

Coacha allows you to manage payments for your events, courses, camps or seminars in a number of ways.

Lets look at the various options that are available to your for your course, class or summer camp.

Enable PAYG settings on your course

Enable this settings so that you can take payments for your course:

Pro-rata - This will figure out how many sessions are left on the course and charge the member for the remainder of the sessions.

Setting an Early Bird Price

If you would like to give a discount price for members or guests who sign up to your course early, tick the Early Bird Price setting. Enter the amount you want to charge for your early bird price then when the deal expires by selecting the 'Until' Date:

Close bookings on a certain date

If you would like to stop members or guests being able to book onto the course after a certain date, you can using the 'Close bookings after' option. Simply tick to enable then set the end date for bookings, after which, no more bookings for the event can be made.

Allow members to be able to book onto individual sessions within the course

Sometimes you may be running a longer course and would like to give your members the option to book onto individual days within the course. Enable this feature and then add the price you would like each session in the course to be. Note: you can set different prices for different sessions within the course.

Members or guests who book individual sessions will then only appear in the registers for the sessions they book. 

Always remember when making any changes in Coacha, to hit Save to lock them in.
